    Basically everyone in the open world. Only chars in instances can be logged, but they can't leave the instances. If only you entered TT a little faster. xD

    i hadnt quiet entered it yet... i was getting my seeker to give me attack buff and she couldnt find me around the teleport stone and im like wtf im right here i know it and then people started vanishing... then nothing... then disconnect warned haha
