+20 Atk chances for slingshot?..

Hi.

I wonder what are chances (if any) to gain +20 attack ability while crafting nirvana grade slingshot? Tried a lot, but still not able to gain it, and never seen on other ranged weapon for archers.

I wonder so much about any screenshots - to see this miracle if it exists ^ ^
