Cannot download PWI from the website

I uninstalled pwi from my computer so that I may reinstall it. But every time I press the Direct Download button a small window comes up with a loading bar, but it only stays for one or two seconds then it dissappears and nothing else happens, no installation guide through, no nothing. So it's not letting me download it and I dont know how to fix this or even what it means. Any help is appreciated b:sad
