    I have been told that autopathing to the Sage NPC actually takes you to the Demon NPC, so I don't bash people that made this mistake as hard as some of you. However, they do warn you at least once. I distinctly recall the NPC saying to my most recent char something along the lines of "you are about to become Demon. Are you sure you want to do this?" So if you didn't *read* the quest, then it really is your fault.

    All you can do is not buy any demon skills, level to 100 and do your culti, then you can change (for a fee, of course). If you are someone that hyper-levels, might be easier to start a whole new char tbh.

    a Demon psychic is really that bad. Yes the majority go sage but dusnt meen demon doesnt have anything to offer. i now have 11 demon skills and i would never go back and choose sage if i could. Demon landslide beasts in pvp and pve as do a couple of other skills. i can get my crit rate to 81% for like 4-5 hits which as a psy is bloody beast and enuf to kill almost any player and majority of mobs (excluding bosses)

    Even if it autopath's you to the Demon NPC, it's still named the wrong thing! How do people miss that? b:infuriated

    I think it speaks to a new mentality in players, which I alluded to in my referenced post.

    Sorry Im posting w/o reading entire thread but.....

    @ OP Im not too wise on psychic cultivations as I dont currently own one past lvl 60 but from what Ive read and encountered I dont think its really going to matter what cultivation you went unless you are planning on going serious endgame PVP/TW etc etc

    I fight them both on sanctuary and on lost city as I have lvl 100+ characters on both servers

    and I can tell you with absolute certainty that at least in my own capability I cannot beat them, not even close

    my 100 sin on sanctuary gets hit 10k+ with their **** starter skills (this being vs +12 r9 psys)

    I have a 100 seeker on lost city who gets one shotted as well.

    I dont think cultivation plays a part in psychic abilities of **** LA/HA, I dont play arcanes. I mean when you hit a sin with the normal endgame gear, with decent to great refines for 10k with something like aqua blast what does demon or sage have to do with anything?

    someone care to enlighten me?

    Not every1 is "trying to make themselves feel more intelligent by ridiculing a big mistake" i personally encourage people to choose demon path on psy's. there is not enough of them. i know a total of 4 demon psy's on lost city which in comparison to sage isnt alot at all. If people somehow accidentally choose the wrong path then its not the end of the world, if you dont like the path u chose just re-roll or get to level 100 and use the celestial schism thingy. Like i said before, Demon has its pro's and cons but so does sage.

    And in reply to noriliza it doesnt matter if you go sage or demon unless you plan on spending alot of coin on level 11 skills. if you dont plan on getting level 11 skills it really doesnt matter what you choose at all. I dont use spark at all often unless im trying to hit high on mobs or players (which isnt often as spark in pvp isnt helpful to me as they can get to me before spark is finished casting and just stun me) so like i said unless your going to spend loads on skills it doesnt matter.
