    E-mail the old stolen = your old e-mail was stolen? I'm curious as to how that happens.

    In any case, your solution is a simple one. [URL="Https://ticket.perfectworld.com"]Open a ticket[/URL], or send an e-mail to customersupport@perfectworldinc.com (which will also open a ticket for you).

    Explain your problem clearly and they should be able to get you fixed up.
