Nirvana on a fist barb

Ok so like, was doing some speedy nirvanas since its 2x and decided to record one, this isnt the fastest we did, but its close enough and I hadnt seen any nirvana vids from a barb perspective before so, enjoy:

you're not fail, i just noticed u was a bit distracted, or lagged...

and i had striking dragons too... and like you im a fist fan b:victory, i noticed the big amount of damage, guess your fists are +12.

another thing, is penetrate armor really useful? i couldn't see if it was sage, but if it wasn't sage, since you're sage barb and penetrate consumes chi, i think is better save the chi for another spark round... but if it's sage, 45% decrease on def can helps

nah lol, fists are +10 2 garnet gems, lots of debuffs +
R9 ring + lunar ring (+7 str on lunar ring from engrave)

300 base str, Sage Titans 50% increase p.att, sage p.fang (no idea if that does anything)
and a few Dot shards (problem is I accidently had the omally equipped not the jones) QQ

yes I did lag a few times, check as soon as we enter the 3rd boss room and I start hitting the npc for chi, and people fly a little bit across the room hehe.

Pene armour is sage 45% p.def reduction is amazing!

The problem with 5aps sage fist barb is that you need EVERY single piece of interval gears to be 4.0, then a REAAAALY good genie with wind shield Lv 1 to be 5.0.
Luckily my genie is 92/100 lp which was given to me by a friend!


my current build with fists feels a bit squishy tbh, especially in m.def, its the same build I tanked Harpy wraith with in PWIC without cleric lol.


I used to Play rt nearly 2 years ago and I dont recall any fist barbs at all LOL! Even Man and Rawrgh were still old fashioned Axe Barbs (but ofc they were demon).


I still wish I was demon, but I have every single sage skill and it would be too wasteful, unless I got the skillbooks back or something. b:cry

Exact same as you except I have lunar nirvana claws, and I have every piece of -int. I also have all sage skills too which is why I went with sage 4.0. For the love of god stop using a macro and just hit your spark maybe one more time a boss. Your chi management through that run was horrific at best. b:shutup

check Lizard boss and last boss omg I lagggg for like 500k hp and autospark when it dies LOL! Often my buttons just grey out instead of triggering when I hammer on them.
I'm not used to recording fraps while playing so it was a lil bit laggier than usual. XD

Im talking more about the occasions with freezing casuing unresponsve skills or weapon swaps, there are many moments if you watch closely where my wireless usb lag spikes casuing it, preventing weapons to switch on time for example, while farming in nirvana this fast slight lag like that causes disorientation with skill spam/chi use.

yep i noticed the lag, i saw the sin flying xD ... about macros, u should delete them, try to use only the skills buttons, sometimes the macro, in function of the lag, stops the combo on the middle, and u get confused on your skill/chi management.

i've made 2 videos, 1 with 3 sins and 2 bms on sqd (and me ofc) and another with 1 veno replacing the sin... i'll be posting here soon, so you guys can give your opinions.

lol, I noticed. Some pretty slow weapon switches like *spark, axes attack for a few seconds, fists*. Since you can switch weapons during cast animation there's no reason to ever attack with an axe if its not a skill. And ya didn't keep PA on alot of the time, like the second boss was almost dead before your first debuff. This is basically the point of bringing a barb since you still were doing only a fraction of the damage of those sins (2/3s? 1/2?) But I saw your lag issues.

I personally can't stand running anywhere in human form so I'm always switch weapons to tiger form. It also helps because my first attack can be devour which is stronger than PA. For sage its only a 5% difference, for demon its a 15% difference and helps alot. With fast squads like that you can run up ~ devour, human, spark, fists~ in less than a second and usually not need a second debuff.

I have a 4 person (2 sin, BM, me on barb) squad that does runs like these in about a minute longer. Good job and nice video.

yep 3man and 1 girl xD run is better, but i dont care much about the split... i do nirvana with my friends, and normally we fail openning chests xD was more a video to show how we play on nirvana, our skills etc etc... and could notice i'm sooo lazy hehe

You have to keep in mind that in the others video they got all HF able bosses, beside the fact of having 6 man team, so that also should remark the great team work you all did.

b:pleased Thanks guys, just shows you can do anything if you put your mind to it. lol, no but really, we ran over 20 runs and this was like the cleanest run to post as a video, our fastest was 6:30 with all hfable bosses and no mess ups, but we all had it planned who would debuff when and honestly I think, if you have all the debuffs up at once with only 4 people, the can do more damage with only half debuffs with 6 people. b:victory
