Amre Nier wont work?

Im level 79 and i have finished the cultivation quest to become Aware of Vacuity, i want to get the skill Amre Nier but when i go to the Seeker Skill trainer NPC, The skill will not show up on the list, According to the skill tree there is no requisite skill required to learn. Why can't i learn the skill?b:surrender

    Because you don't "learn" it, you have to "buy" it.
    These each require 20 Apocalypse Pages and 10 medium ink. Apocalypse pages drop in TT2-2, TT1-3, and FB89 from the mobs. You can also exchange them for tokens - 18 Tokens of Perfect Luck gives you 5 Apocalypse pages. The books can be made in Old Heaven's Tear and in 1k streams.

    The ink costs about a mil to buy, and the pages you can get from players as well as the other places here.

    you have to buy the inks as material,there's like 1m spent on inks.
    and so on with apocalypse pages,
    it costed me like 2m overall to make that skill book
