ticket support DONT WORK

ohkay hey....

ohhhkay its now a few time ago that i wrote 15 damned ticktes to the support and allwas get the answer WE DONT UNDERSTAND LOL

so here again -.-

my account is banned because my moneybalance wasent enought for buying zhen..... (drama drama bla bla) and yes im pissed because this acc what is banned have NO EMAIL (they wrote pls change ur passwort -.-) so my friend was banned with the same thing and lol he wrote a ticket (the same i use) to unbanned his AND my account (were includet my acc name and his and sayd for both acc to unbann) LOL they cant read i thougght. so i wrote a ticket from his email- blabla we sad for both acc bla bla (to unbann his acc we payd for them for BOTH DAMN acc ._.) ohkay he gets unbanned i wrote the ticket get NO answer and this 13 times more...no wait 12 cuz the last ive wrote i gained this back:

    Tickets are not responded to.. submitted mine nearly a week ago.. no GM response.. no response of any kind.. what the heck is the point of a ticket when you get NO response in days and days.. nearly 300 posts on this topic and not one employee with the manners to even reply... disgusting

    You log in.

    You click on SUPPORT at the top of the page.

    Then you click on "My Support"

    There you will see all of the tickets you submitted, their statuses and their responses.

    I'd like to also note that every time you submit a ticket, you get an e-mail with status updates. So maybe you should check your e-mail more.

    For kondors, typical response time is 3-5 business days. Last weekend was a 3-day weekend so that extends things.

    For benju, You know what a line is right? Like how you have to wait in line at McDonalds when you want to get a burger at lunchtime? There's a line of tickets and it just takes some time for them to get to them all.

    Have some patience, watch your e-mail, and check your status in "my Support" occasionally. GM's are working hard to respond to the many tickets that have been submitted, it just takes time. (In benjou's case, you have to actually follow through on your end.)

    then follow my previous instruction on how to get to "My Support" and see the status of your ticket there.

    Afterwards, get your password reset for your e-mail so that you know what it is.

    Seriously people, these aren't hard things to figure out. They are stupid easy to do. Even easier to figure out that you need to do them.
