Trouble With Anni.mount

I received my anniversary mount already have a charge pillar pet. pet trainer, pet manager and zoologist can not hatch it keep saying pet bag full. i have 10 slots and only one pet why can't get the mount hatched. I have wings but need mount for grinding.

any suggestions? thanks for help

    Actually you only have one pet slot (by default), the other slots you see need to be "activated", you can activate two more by doing the quest from the pet manager, you have to collect something, I don't remember what, check it out.
