Manufacturing quests for level 4

When I reached level 50 I got the system messages to talk to the Elder of Archosaur, and started those quests to get level 4 manufacturing skills. However, I got frustrated with them because I was draining my time and money getting the mats for the 2-star stuff I was supposed to be making that weren't producing no matter how many times I tried. So I abandoned the quests. Now I am level 56 and would really like to get my level 4 skills, is there any way to get those quests back, or somehow level my manufacturing up? Please help, I really hope I didn't **** myself up.

    The relevant quests are listed as repeatable after failure on pwdatabase, so you should be able to go back to the relevant NPCs (north Blacksmith, south Tailor and south Craftsman) and pick them up again, or pay someone with level 4+ skill 4 million per book to buy them from the Archosaur Bookmerchant.

    Can you get tailoring by getting someone to buy the books also? Please explain this in a little more detail.

    As long as you have maxed the skill bar and have the book, an elder will teach you the next skill level.
