my character is an sin, i have a pet pillar in pet bag. pet bag has 9 open spaces. tried pet trainer, pet manager, zoologist to hatch mount egg keep getting error message pet bag full, bought a pet cage to extend bag but none of the above have how to redeem cage. i cant revert pillar pet, i cant move pet to next slot. my question is how do i hatch mount, if i need extra slot how do i redeem cage. is there a certain pet trainer that i exchange cage for extra slot.

i like gift mount and would like to use it. any ideas would be gladly appreciated.

    To redeem the cage you have to go to a PWI Boutique Agent, next to an Arch banker (South or West)

    pwi boutique agent does not redeem cage for expansion, banker does not either one does clothes other does bank stash. i need to know how to expand pet bag with a pet trainer when there is no slot for exchange cage for more slots.

    thanks 4 trying to help me any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    ALL characters aside form venos get only ONE activated pet slot, venos get 2. the pet pag does not actually show how many slots you have activated but there are THREE different quests to extend the pet bag by 1 slot before having to resort to using the cage or super cage (MUCH better option as will ultimately need if planning on opening all slots, 2-9 req normal and #10 req super)

    go to the pet manager (?) and he will have a quest called "Expand Pet bag" that will give 2 options so PAY ATTENTION, 1st option is the cage which would be smarter NOT to use untill you've done the first 2-3 pet expansions. the second option the manager gives before actually accepting the quest to expand is to gather 20 Hay(first quest), 50 Fruit (second quest) and 100 (Ginseng i think?). you can normally farm the stuff, use PW Database to check which mobs drop the items. can also buy from other players sometimes which will usually cost alot less than simply buying the cage.
