Questions about Hyper EXP Stones

I have been using Hypers just fine for the past few weeks, but i i am having problems with them now b:angry. I used all of my activations yesterday with the last use at like 9am EST. I had always thought that the activations reset at Midnight of that day, but midnight rolled around and still no Activations( its 4 am now), i missed THREE faction FC runs because of this and i was wondering if there is a SET TIME that hypers are able to be reactivated i still have hyper XP time but i cant activate it. If anyone can help me out with this i thank you b:thanksb:thanks

    <_< I always thought hypers were on a 24-hour reset for the activation times. So you may have to wait until 9am today for them to reset.
