Corrupted TW's payment

Hello, sorry for my English.

I will be discussing a topic related to the TW, I Know That PWI has rules that the leaders of the guild must obey, such as pay TW, I want to know is whether that rule NOT meet for 2 weeks, can be punished ? and affected people (like me, and other members), would receive money or compensation, or something of the PWI team? (There are screenshots of TW's)

Another thing, Exist a table of "RACE - LVL - MONEY"?
Because I need to know how much corresponds me in each TW I do in this guild, because i dont know if the leader will pay me the amount that corresponds me.

(In the two TW's that i PARTICIPATE, i was LVL 65)

Where I can look at this table of "RACE - LVL - MONEY" of TW's?

    There is no game rule stating that your guild leader has to pay you for tws. As such gms cannot do anything about him not paying you. Tw pay, if any, is solely decided by the leader ship of your guild using whatever criteria they deem fair.

    I don't even remember seeing anything about guild paying their members to do TW... Some guilds do, some don't.
    Show me the rule that says that and i'll believe you, but until then, feel lucky to be paid.
