double character name

i have this issue to get my anniversary gift, or even change my forum avatar,

my character name is double in the list, which one should i choose??!!??

    Do you have two characters with the same name on different servers?

    It did it to me too but since i wasnt sending the anni stuff to that particular char it didnt matter, i think its just a little glitch and either name will go to your char since it goes thru the games mail system and there can be only one char on that server with that exact name.
