I Firmly Believe most of us get really fugly colors so that we PAY for overpriced dye.

    yes, it is an obvious marketing ploy. too bad I can't get multiple sets and mix and match like you could with the last free fashion.

    Try having two sets of this fashion, the top is just... bleh
    The pants... yeah nice enough but would never use and the boots are not fun.

    lol my whole anni fash set came out purple...Top was purple..pants purple...sleeves are light purple..and the boots pink almost purple. It all matches, but purple is definitely is not my color.b:surrender

    You can get dye free too and with 2x drops its not going to take that long to get the dyes. I vote no. Mine came out pretty well colored, actually. The boots and pants came out brown and the top came out a lilac color. I took a screenie but wanted a bit better match so I decided to dye it. I dyed the boots and pants together and it came out pure black, then dyed the top and it came out pure black. So the dye didn't come out that bad either. I didn't spend anything.

    The male anni fashion doesn't look to bad in some colors especially white/black.

    I don't know if it was a ploy or not...
    My Venomancer got some horrible colours but my Psychic (who is on a different account) as well as one of my friends got pretty nice colours. I guess it's all about luck, really. I also got the Thunder set from the Token Shop (not that I like it but I had nothing to spend my tokens on anyway) and both top and boots came out greenish (my anniversary fashion was dark green, very light green-aquaish and the boots I forgot). I guess my Venomancer has something with green..xD
