logging on

having trouble logging on get mess current client prog verision is low pls update version is 1.4.4 build 2305 pwi sent me a solution it did not solve my problem will i need to dump and reinstall ? and will i loose everything if i do / appeciate any help tks

    you wont lose everything on your account if thats what u mean. like your money,gear,weapons will stay. always before re-installing try to verify files the patcher when start up the game.
