    PWI, Fix this **** already, password reset doesn't even work i mean how incompetent can you get wtf??? Get it together, people are paying you money here and you act like you don't even care to be staffed properly to get the job done. It's a MASSIVE multiplayer online role playing game, and you're running it like you have a handful of college students that aren't even passing their IT classes...

    I got the email but when I clicked on it I was prompted to change my password but said I also had to answer my security question. There was no security question visible nor was there an entry field for me to enter my answer. When I tried clicking on the link from the email again it said "The code provided is not valid".

    GREEN TEXT: How the hell are people supposed to do this if they just got a new email and their old one was shut down?

    I can't play with my in game wife because...refer to the green text wtf.

    Seems like every x2 PWI fubars long time players with this or that glitch. Speaking of which...TY PWI FOR THE STUPID MOUNT FOR COMPENSATION ON MY CENSORED BM DURING THE LAST X2. Mounts aren't the key to compensation...and event gold? WHY NOT REGULAR GOLD?

    My problem was that when I was trying to reset my password I was using the email address of my shop and not my main. After scouring my email archive I was able to find the email address I used to register and successfully reset my password.

    Now over 12 hours & so far 2x AUTOMATED replies to email sent to customer support explaining my old email address now untraceable due to provider take over by another Comp.

    Step one - send email to customer support with full information
    Step two - Get email auto reply - go to step one again

    Wow CUSTOMER SUPPORT.... For something YOU did without permission or prior warning ( i.e. stole our accounts)


    WELL DONE PWI, NOW get some REAL PEOPLE to start fixing 'YOUR' - KING SIZE MESS UP.

    Want my acc back pronto........

    Next time just say you have problem & we can change our OWN passwords thanks

    On last note - You are fast enough to RED SPAM chat with heaps of junk, but when a real issue arises - SILENCE - Please use available RED SPAM

    How many of the players that are having to reset their passwords have logged in to the CORE client using that same account?

    cant log in says you have provided wrong username or password......

    I'm referring to before the reset. Were you ever able to log in to the CORE client using that account?

    yes frequently cant understand i went to bed as shop was up b:chuckle came back this morning logged off to see if 2x was on b:laugh tried to log back in and password/username was incorrect

    Before reset all was available to log in Core, token shop, DQ rewards etc thank you.

    wish ppl would realise its not just a pwi account lost i have lost my jade dynasty account boi account forsaken world account as they all use the same loggin as my main on here alot of work, time effort and real money has gone into these games and nothing in return as of yet except ppl who want to laugh at others expense..... theres nothing better then karma.... what goes around comes around...

    how many ppls actually lost their e-mails??? I see it's really big global problem - nobody have their email anymore = everything is lost b:cry seriously, just dig out your old email.

    It really is a good idea to change your password frequently (PWI has a notice about this when you log in).
