A Problem with skill bar.

Hello, I have a question about my skill bar. When I switch a skill to one bar it also goes to another bar in the same place and I'd like to figure out how to fix this....
Like moving my barbs sunder, I move the bottom bars sunder and it moves the bar #3(On the skill bars) sunder to the position I moved it, and if I plan to replace it with melee skills it still does it. So if anyone had this before and solved it, much appreciated, if not this may just be one odd bug O.o.

Thanks to anyone who figured this out

This is a pretty easy fix.
The skill bar you are using for your skills has only three rows; the fourth row is a repeat of one of the rows.
What you need to do is hit the top arrow on the left side of the bar. This should cause the bar to collapse down into just one row. Then, press either the top or bottom arrow on the right side of the bar. This will cause it to scroll through the bars. Hit the button until the blank bar is shown. Next, hit the middle arrow on the left side. It will add another row to the bar. Hit it one more time and you should now have a blank bar on the bottom followed by two bars with skills in them. If you hit the button again, it will expand the bar so it has a blank row at the top and bottom. If you put skills on the top or bottom bar when its like this, they will appear at the top and the bottom, kind of like what you have now. So, I recommend just leaving the bar with a total of three rows.
That should do the trick.A sword can cut a man in twain, but words can shake a fortress to the ground.0
