Vanished Ancestor EX

On my cleric i have a quest for the nv talisman. I need to kill the Vanished Ancestor EX.
I know that the last boss in NV is Vanished Ancestor, but where can i find the Vanished Ancestor EX?

It's in the new caster-only nirvana mode (all bosses there have EX after their name).
