The Black Altar - 'Moving On' Issue

Recently, I attempted to continue my Mystic quest series by traveling to Tallus via SolStone Altar at Level 5. However, I stand in the center of the altar with my crystal and yet I don't get teleported.

Does anybody know how to fix this? How do I 'hold' the crystal?
