External fac base quests gone??

I don't know if this has been asked already (and if it has, please feel free to delete my thread) but when I went to the external faction base manager today, I did not get the option to get the exp quests - glacial mistresses & desert bandits nor could I get the merit quest - nivastok braves. Is this on purpose or an accident? Why remove these quests?

    You didn't by any chance leave your faction or try it on a factionless alt? You probably already know this, but you have to be in a faction to get the quest, whether that faction has a base or not.

    Uh, no. I'm not an idiot. Thanks. And another of my faction mates cannot get their external faction base quests either. The quests offered inside the faction base work just fine. It's the ones given by the faction base manager outside of the actual base that are gone.

    Any answers to this? Was this on purpose?

    I'll have to check next time I'm in game. I'm guessing it may have been removed since anyone could receive it even without owning a base but I could be wrong. :P

    I'm guessing this was a bug and it was solved. So any one whit merit in a guild that has no guild base is gonna get ban b:shocked
