And place it in the folder
C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\patcher\server

it changed with this patch, the serverlist in patcher\server\ is correct though. It could be the result of elementclient.exe not updating. I know it looked there before

It's probably best to overwrite the serverlist.txt in your \element\userdata\server folder as well.
