Hiya... recently you chose to close http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1172541. understandable, but reason u gave was foolishness.. is that a way of implying that those of us recently **** are at fault therefore such a thread is ridiculous? or more along line that thread was already adequately answered by frankie n therefore no longer neccessary? Im hoping the latter otherwise my thread is for nothing 
I submitted ticket last night about the fact i forcelogged a hacker off my toon after recieve phone call from sister questioning my "suspicious catshop" n lack of interaction ingmae with her. I contacted company i am renting current comp from and have been assured after they ran some cheques and i ran scans that atm i not have keylogger on my comp, but i question them just as i question any thus i wait see what PWE says before makign assumptions.
Here is my issue. Someone has access to my main PWI account. They have logged in 2 days in a row that Im aware of. Im not sure if they have access to my other pwe accounts pwi or FW because as soon i found them out~ i worry to access all those accounts in case rental company is wrong and somehow there is a keylogger hidden somehwere n then the keylogger would have info to all my security answers emails etc etc thus i am just focus on this acct atm.
Usually I am no problem to wait my turn in line for PWE to discover and find resolution to a ticket. The urgency now is that I about to leave to a place with NO internet access at all let alone PWE download for an unknown amount of time. thus am trying to have tiem to impliment whatever PWE suggests to protect all my accounts before i go.
I tried to set my safety lock but screwed up put it at 24hrs stead of 23hrs 59minutes so now that is uselss stall tactic as will take 3 days to fix or something...Although i have removed items that have meaning to me, if hacker returns can still delete my toon, destroy my bound gear et cause other mayhem that my famille would have no way to see as those are not as obvious as an uber cheap sutra orb selling catshop (that wont answer famille standing there buyin the items asking questions while they try to reach me by telephone).
What do you reccommend that i should do at this juncture in case my ticket does not get seen before i depart? Should i login all my accounts FW/PWI et change all their pws even tho they may not be compromised as not the same pws etc? How do i request new security question n set up new answer? Is there a way for PWE to reset safety lock to 23hrs 59 so at least if my famille see me login at all they have time to contact PWE with a ticket?

I do not think you can change your security question. But you probably should change all your PWs.
Also, bound items do not get destroyed right away. It takes a few days (I forget the actual length of time). Safety lock is a good idea as is setting a safe code.Proving that not only archers do math since 2009. b:victory

Send in a ticket about it. They could changed my email-adress for me since I had issues with it. I bet they also have the possibility to change your security question and answer.
I don't know if they can reset safety lock... I doubt it tbh.
Another option might be changing your password on a different computer before you leave/ask your sis to change your pass.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

As for the closing of the thread, I am not involved so I cannot answer that for you. Do know that we are taking this issue seriously and will have responses for you all as fast as we can possibly do so. Be aware that this is not affecting only a few users but a larger scope of people so we want to be sure that everything is taken care of before we reply. This is because we do not want to give false information and do not want to damage anything in the process, including our reputation with you, the players. All I can ask for is your patience while we continue to sort out and resolve this issue for all of you. We will get you a reply as fast as we possibly can and I cannot guarantee when that will happen, but it definitely will happen.
Should you feel the desire to change all of your passwords, feel free to go forward with that as we will likely force that issue anyways. The more complicated or longer the password is, the less likely it can be brute-forced. Any person's with a compromised account need to contact our staff via email so that we know you also need help.

I did change all pw codes on this main PWI acct, but hesitate to even log the others as if it keylogger wouldnt they still have access n see any new info i input? If this is the case i could be doing myself more harm than good to log anymore of anything on this computer. As my tiem is very limited before departure that only leaves me with option to beg my sister to take time and login to all my PWE accounts, the associated emails etc etc n make changes from a dif comp until i can go through myself on a "secure" connection.
Now if PWE finds that the issue is not keylogger then i can hurry n go through n do all that before my departure. If they cant provide me that info then i need to make arraongements to phone sister to give her all relevant info she will need to change them or I need to go individually and request freezes til my return? sry just saw this after sent my otehr question.. Thank you. I only brought up other thread cuz wasnt sure they meant not allowed to ask question on that subject via forum or that aprticular thread was answered thus no longer needed to avoid trolling. I ben trying to stay logged into game since last nite n keep myself available as my time is very short n really not wanted to leave thsi unsorted. I do again appreciate your prompt acknowledgement of my post.
Im going to go change all pws n ingame pins now ty again. best hopes to u

Agreed....
Also I think earthy colors look best on fox venos, but it also depends on the eye color of said veno. Hmm, dark colors for bat venos, and bright colors for bunny venos. Cat venos would look good in anything. b:chuckle[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

PWI doesnt have a "go to time out for abusing other peeps threads for those obviously incapable of respecting community space?" I guess i took for granted that there was one in place. After so many strikes & time spent silenced from public posting worse case scenerio the habitual hecklers find themselves perma banned from public speech. Best case scenerio whether they learn their lesson b4 earning perm ban or not is the rest of the community is no longer held hostage or caught in the crossfire of their self indulgent disruptive choices.
So if can request closure can the thread starter ask that those intentionally disrespectful to the whole community with their lollipop antics get their messages editted? Nothing major maybe a lil dunce cap emblem followed by "this reply has been editted by moderators, due to responders lack of self control...." b:surrender
