Raging About Poor Service

So, booted on my main account, feared being ****, rushed to the website to change my password, and lo and behold: I'm banned!

Hm...I wonder why....scroll through the support section: AH HA! I should have an email telling me why, and for how long....*strolls to the inbox* WHA??? Its empty?!

So, its BACK to the support section of the website....hm...an email address to email them directly from the banned account email...should be easy enough.

Automated response email "Please log in..." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?!?!? HOW CAN I LOG IN TO TRACK MY PROGRESS IF I"M BANNED?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Suggestions? Help? A gm with some brain cells maybe?

    Perhaps you should go to the support section, search "ban" and read the following before raging:
    Why is my account banned? When will I be unbanned?

    When a player is banned, an email is sent to the account's registered email address that explains the reasons why. If you did not receive an email, first double check your email box's bulk/spam folder. If you do not see an email in there then please submit an email to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com directly from the email address registered to the banned account. We will NOT discuss any bans with anyone except for the banned account holder, so please do not send emails asking why your friend is banned. The ban email that is sent out is for general ban reasons only. If your account ban is unique, you'll need to contact customer service first for further details.
