Event boutique points

My wife has take sage/demon event card and she have it on her inventory and i want to know how can she trade for event gold? I seen on boutique the event shop but say there 0 gold. How can i change the card to gold? Thank you very much.

    The PW Boutique Agent should have a quest to exchange the card for event gold.
