OK I don't undestand

I recorded something that ws posted called an rb glitch, but i can't find the part thats a glitch. It only looks like a strategy from my view point. I have already described it to my entire faction on vent an they agree that it is a strategy not a glitch.
What part of it is considered a nono or is it?
