    I dont know. For my budget though, R8 recast! b:victory

    Not cause its necessarily the best (I'm sure R9 IS the best or close to it), but because I already have the rep for it, so its the fastest and cheapest route for me to go, at this point when I hit 100.

    It is also the limit at the moment of what I can spend to get geared. b:chuckle

    As for gems, I hope to eventually go all Vit. Im not sure Im right about doing this, but I love Vit almost as much as Magic. <3
