question about seekers

Hello!
I'm new in pwi and i want to know something about seekers...so you can fight with swords(close fight) or ranged skills....but can seekers be both strong ...i mean seekers is like you got 2 talents to choose...or you fight only ranged atacks or close fight right?you cant be at both strong at the same time...for ranged atack you need a build and for swords a build right?....waiting answear ty:X

    On PW you master all skill eventually. It just you have to choose sides between sage and demon later, each side have their own skill upgrades. Other than that demon and sage doesn't have much other function, so it's not like you going to become the enemy of the other side.

    Seekers are melee "Skill Throwers"
    although you can get some long range skills which are spammable.
    which build you're mentioning?skill build/stat?
    for skill builds,just level every skill you have(not including skills you don't use often)
    i have my battousai,vortex,adrenal numbness maxed(going to buy demon books of em later on)
    for stat build you dont really need to put a build other than basic builds.
    5str 3 dex 2 vit every 2 levels is good
    but i wouldn't really recommend this,dex isnt really necessary at all,just put them particularly so you can wield swords/blades at your level.
    my current build at lv90 for vit and str is 78 and 289(both includes stat bonuses)

    We are anti-range, anti-runner, because of our ability to chain spam our ranged skills. Specifically talking about PVE.

    Basically said what I was going to lol.

    I do tend to think of seekers at a battlemage class if that helps give you an idea at all.

    The build I use is similar, 3str 1 vit 1 dex every level. Once I got to 30 vit I stopped and went 3 str 2 dex every level. I feel adding too much vit will gimp your damage, but that is just my opinion.

    As mentioned above the only "tree" you have to decide on is weather to go demon or sage. Either one gives different affects to your skills. To my knowledge sage gives more defensive and helpful effects where demon generally increases your damage. But you will want to do research before choosing between the two.
