crazy stone help??

So, i'm lvl 45.. I have the gems (3 of them) but when i go to gem merchant i can't combine them, can you tell me what's wrong? b:worried

    You have to take the gems to a Jewelcraftsman to combine them. Talk to him and choose "Element" in the combine screen.
