Your friend should send a ticket here http://support.perfectworld.com/ or email the team at customerservice@perfectworldinc.com to get their account back. However, it's highly unlikely that they will get their items back. In most cases, the person's account got **** by a friend that they shared their information with, or by a keylogger. Your friend should also scan their computer for any programs like that.

What Shelly said. Also, tell your friend not to share his/her account information with anyone. 95% of the time that's the real reason people think they get "****".

Actually hacking an account these days is damn near impossible, and only probable if the "hacker" in question has access to the PW databases. (i.e. an employee of PWE).
