1. 3 str / 2 dex for all weapons paths. If you get a tome or plan your gear ahead you can afford the occasional vitality point too. This is the tank build because it allows you to hold aggro. Its also the highest DD output for questing which means mobs die before you take too much damage.

2. Yes, BMs can solo TT. We are a high aps class with great amps and can use bloodpaint.

3. Meh, the more the better usually. Endgame you'll probably want it but no harm in working up to aps at level 100+.

4. Clerics are always useful to pair with any class. Sins and BMs are great combos because the sin needs bell to be less squishable and the BM needs paint to be less squishable. If she likes ranged/caster class I'd suggest cleric as the best match. If she likes melee/****-n-slash I'd suggest Sin.
