There' sno real need in this game to rush to be "high level" really

    Just enjoy it.

Although, if u really want to level, here are ur choices (including what people already said)

    - Cube of fate (full succesful run)

    - Crazy stone can help a bit too

    - BH and Divine quests u can get from completing them (white ones aren't much worth it, but if u get a blue or purple one u will be happy about the exp)

    - If you are married in game, marriage quest pays good exp

    - Oracles (I personnaly don't like that way as it costs you money)

    - Fc Heads (Don't like this either, as it can be costy depending on your means)

    - Full FC with friends or random members (Hypered or not)

    - Just plain grinding on mobs (Heck, I did it and I sure ain't only one)

    - Wanteds (Combine a Crusade order II A and B) You get exp from mobs and exp from it

    - Justice orders , you can buy a order from Emissary of justice in some towns and they give you a choice of mobs to kill. You get exp from mobs and from the quest itself. There's one in Thousand streams, Sierry wine camp and few others. Not sure what one you have to go see to get quests in your level range though.

Just remember something. I don't know ur finances, but the faster you want to level, probably the more you will pay to do so. If you are "less fortunate" money wise. Just plain grinding mobs is beneficial as you will get drops and dragon quest items you can sell.
Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle
