Lets begin with classes.
Yes there are a good amount of classes and races while no new races are needed new classes are. Every race could see a great 3rd class i have a lot of experience with mmos so please dont go down that road.
Alright il start with the old classes first. Yes a 3rd class wil would make the game better but the main focus is the old classes the already given classes. All of the classes skills should be looked at and given new visuals not nescceary but a good side note. The main things are the classes them selves. Alot of the old classes need to be brought up to date to the now new day earthgaurd. Starting with BMs they cud use some fixer upers and if the max lvl cap would be raised to 120 sometime alot of old classes would see more action. Your probably wondring wtf he talkin about BMs, barbs, clerics are needed for all the later on group activitys. Yes i do see people askin for BMs and barbs all day everyday to tank and DD, but those classes arnt very fun to play, sorry it might be me but they look very simple and have alot of repetitive things involved. Im going to go into the games story a bit which seems to be holding alot of classes back. Yes this games story is somewhere in China but that dosent mean eveything had to be related to China. Il talk ahout that later. Ok so the old classes need to see harmony to work greater togeather. This game isnt very team based and new skills to old classes that will help alot to advance team tactics to play the game with a new exprience.
BMs
I think to truely out the squad system to work would be to make this class to DD only not tanking because the barba are there for that.
BMs should have combo type skills that devistate your target and buffs that make them stronger and party stronger by buffs for increase damage. BMs should be a super aoe based class. 75% of thier attacks should be aoes with high damage amounts. I could put uo a few from my experience wih other games with classes close to BMs and no none of this from WoW, that game is for 5 year olders who drew out the characters for that game.
AOEs
Whirlwind- looks like lord of sword skill from seekers but way faster and not a thing close to that skill. Whirlwind should be like a instant aoe that spins the dude around dealing x2 the attack power of a normal hit as an aoe of maybe 10 meters. A sword/scythe/hammer weapon type attack.
Hell lord- aoe up to 15 meters that deals x2 normal attack damage with a debuff that adds a burn type DoT for 5 seconds. DoT deals 3% of the total amount of targets hp. 2 handed weapon skill.
Ground smash- large scale aoe about 20 meters that deals x2 normal attack power that slows movement, flying, and attack speed for 8 seconds. Any weapon can use this skill.
These are a suggestions so dont hate, doing somethin atleast to improve the game.
Single target skills
Deadly strike- a levelable ski up to 3 levels each level adds a x1 of normal hit damage. For example level 1 of this skill deals x2 damage then level 2 of the skill dealing x3 damage then x4 at level 3. Any weapon can be used to perform the skill.
Demon/sage hushing- ranged single target skill that deals normal attack damage plus 25% damage to the whatever the person is. So for example your a sage then this skill would be deamon hushing for you and if you use it against a demon you hit normal attack damage plus 25% of targets maxium hp.
Buffs
Weapon echance- get 5 meters range on every normal attack and ski only useable while holding a 2 handed weapon.
Breserker- increase base damge by 30% and loose 20% of defense.
Going to go sleep now its 2 am here and i get freakin awesome ideas while im sleeping so cya tomorrow with a totaly improved version if this that il do on my laptop and not my phone.

Reserved for archers
Reserved for wiz
Reserved for clerics
Reserved for venos
Reaerved for other things

don't need more classes for at least another 3 years if ever. they can however work to improve the older classes. and it doesn't even require adding new classes to them. they only need to add new skills to them, not necessary new buffs and attack skills but skill that give a tactical edge in battle. look at the seeker class. they are a class that only really shines when you combo certain skills. things like that need to be one for the older classes and more.
archers should be able to set traps, traps that can do a range of things. i thing a whole new set of debuffs should be made just for these traps, and i know it can be done. they have some of it implemented already in the form of the plants the mystics use. they should by all rights have skills based on what weapon they have equipped like bms. barrage of arrows would be a bow exclusive skill, crossbows can have a similar skill only it works more like a machine gun and it effects a much smaller range of targets.
cerlics should have a knockback skill
Barbs???
Venos beast tree should be better than it is now (i could rant on that beast tree all day. read the link to see what was discussed.
wizards should be like their BM counter parts. depending on what type of weapon you use, you have different attacks. example: wands would have more AOE attacks, while gliaves would have skills that are geared at single targets, while another weapon would have powerful DOT attacks, yes DOT attacks, ones that are actually useful even at high levels.0 -

Yeh those are great ideas and dont make any class op since they have to give stuff up. I was going to put that stuff in, but its been a busy day and now its night time so guess il come back to this tommorow and finish it.0

Elves are the oldest race,right?So they should have developed some new jobs by now!There is no melee elf job.In many books,elves have superior strength to humans.They are strongerthan warriors and soldiers,so...Give elves the Slayer race!!!

Here's some ideas ripped off from the Championclass post-these would make would make some perfect third classes!!!
Untamed= Berserker (dmg taker and receiver, high speed hits using claws or fist weapons)
EarthGuard= PeaceKeeper (able to lower aggro on themselves and others in pty, utilizing the
Pole weapons for regular attacks)
Humans= Gladiator (with an iron will, able to deal extra dmg to Monsters of Dark Origin, the sword and blade are there guides to victory)
TideBorn= Hydra ( with the power of the seas this champion can transform into a mighty serpent with tremendous force, orbs or dagger are efficient enough for their deadly attacks)
Winged Elves = Guardian (bestowed with the power of the heavens they can heal and give holy buffs to aid their commrads in battle, )

Gaurdian is more of the angel race,not elves,David!The "Hammer and axes for when the fight gets real up close and personal" is more towards my Slayer idea.
Alriight.I had some overnight ideas for human classes:
Archers.Phisically strong,they can shoot arrows long distances,but cant inflict as much damage as elves due to their non-magical nature.They do not shoot arrows using magic,like clerics.They have ulimate determination, as they have failed to hit their target during training.Now around this time,they are ready to help serve their world.
Its not fair that the elf race alone has them.Humans on earth developed the bow and arrow in B.C. times! The humans in PWI should have them too!

My suggestions:
1 - Remake the poor ugly/gold-green lion. He seriously needs a makeover (or give us presets).
2 - Think about making some of the newer class mobs tamable for Venomancers
3 - Piggybacking on one above, allow a few to be made into all-class pets.
4 - A bigger variation of horses from the Pet Administrator lower levels can purchase (colors)
5 - When we lose our noob avaition, can't there be a NPC in Archsaur where we can recover 'any' Noob Aviation for rebuy? (10k)
6 - More DQ rewards
7 - My biggest request would be to get rid of the Room 38 as part of the culti or do something about getting past a tiny bit easier. It already is hard to get TO the room, but then past it is short of impossible. I have two toons trying to get past on a continual basis.
8 - Hoping the new instance grows to be more in the future (Phoenix)
9 - Guide better explaining Rune books (how to obtain) (a chart would be helpful)
11 - Forum better monitored. In some subforums there is no monitoring and it basically has turned into a total troll-zone. (The Harshlands subforum for example).
12 - Think about the possiblity of a Teleporter Pass that lower levels get (under 40) - say they get 50 non-tradable, where they can teleport for free (to teleports they have activated). One the passes run out, they pay. Once they turn 40 - the tickets expire.0 -
BMs CAN use bows, they just don't have skills for them. frankly, that is how it should be kept. that idea is asking to move too much from what the devs originally planed if you ask me. humans don't need to be archers. i agree with the suggestions on the link outlaw gave tho. there are tons of classes from fiction, there is no need to run off and let humans take some of the winged elves uniqueness. battle mage and champion would be great, i think champs should only be able to use swords, no axes no fists, just swords. they would use combo skills. skills that hit the target 3-6 times.
i personally like outlaw's idea, but i think lady buffer's is more practical and more likely for the devs to do. it would take more work to make a new system to advance to a new class and add it to the game. it would be an undertaking that could possibly fall entirely on the scale of an expansion, something i'm sure the devs would not be intrusted in (they have their own plans for expansions i think). where as the devs can just make a skills and balances a few aspect of the game and simply throw it in the mix in an update.0 -
this is Ruubgaal just on my mystic and this wont ever be finished because im leaving. This game has alot to offer but is not smooth. Nothings realistic and what is fantasy is fantasy its bs plus the game makers only care about the mullah. Games called international but is stuck with the games hometowns rules. Game is being held back alot and alot of bugs and glitches everywhere.
Never will you ever play pwi without getting bugged or glitched. By that i mean how there are certain points on the map where you can get stuck and only the town tele will get you out but too bad its still on cooldown from the last glitched spot you were stuck in V.V love the slow motion jumps and double jumps because you get a **** boost or something in the air.
Sure some graphics are good but mostly its just your character wearing a huge heavy plate as a t-shirt stuck to you with no detail of bumps on the armor. Also not cool with the barb veno thing i mean you can make magic devoted tigers to it and also the barbs have the worst looking characters because the panda looks like the failed version of the Kung fu panda dude, wolf looks like a rapist or a guy in a costume. The chopper mounts go 3 miles per hour >.> flying is slow to maneuver takes 15 mins to look to the side apparently but this is where the pointing out of all the mistakes in this not so perfect game.

How exactly was this helpful? I saw no suggestions in your last post, just a bunch of rants about things in the game which make sense in the context of the game. Granted, nobody wants glitches, but the other stuff you mentioned makes sense when thinking about the fantasy aspect of the game. If you have a bone to pick with the double-jump, why not the flying swords (or gourds...b:chuckle)? There are a lot weirder things than a second jump, I'm just saying...0 -

As for the mod why are you defending the game? I put up clear things wrong with this game sure you pointed out the double jump part because that was the least i cared about the main thing was the bugs and glitches in this game and how the armor looks like your character is just wearing a t-shirt with designs on it because the armors have no detailed shapes and bye bye have fun with spending money0 -
call it trollin if you want a honestly don't care. as i said the bugs you are running on about are the only valid excuse in your rant. you can't possible expect a game that has been made from like 2005 or so to just suddenly change to super clean graphics like you would see in mmos today. if you're looking for something more pretty check out forsaken world.
the coding in this game is very old there is only so much that can be changed without causing problems, this is something people can't seem to understand. they think "oh this idea would be great and epic!" and honestly it may very well be, but just because it's great doesn't mean it can or will be added. there are elements in the game itself that the devs simply will not mess with. hell even the orginal devs that worked on this game don't work in PWE anymore. this adds to the difficulty of changing what could be part of the foundation of the game.0
