Game sometimes doesnt work 2

Okay so last time i typed in here was that when i start the game sometimes i get a popup box that says, Unable to connect. When i click inside anyway without pressing the OK button on that popup, i enter the game but the speed is super fast for me. I can see people walk around normal speed and i run like flash. After a while i start rubberbanding and unable to really move anywhere so i click OK and log out. I restart the game several times and usually it takes either 20+ tries of reopening the game (from launcher) or rebooting pc. I run this game on Windows 7 64 bit.

I heard many people with win7 64bit are having this problem. Anyway I am retyping this because i found something that might help you devs on solving this. I noticed everytime i can never log in properly. I restart the game but play with the options and go in as windows mode. Boom game works perfectly and i can even switch back to Full screen like i like it. Not sure why it works doing this but maybe this will help people figure out how to resolve this. I will post pictures of screenshots of the "popup" box that says i cant enter soon. Hope this helps!!b:thanks

    I quit having this issue once I set Patcher.exe, Launcher.exe and elementclient.exe to run with administrator rights.

    (and yes, I'm running Win 7 64-bit) b:victory

    This is when I finally press "disconnect" and it loads on the "Logging in" popup forever and just hangs

    How can i do that run as administrator thing? I am the only user on my laptop account. (computer noob)
