When can I earn zen?

I want to buy from the Perfect world botique. And u need zen right to get gold or silver or watever currency its called. But I click to earn zen it says no nebs allowed come back when u have experience? Wat?! I resigned up just yesterday (cuz my old account password failed). But I'm a level 11 on this account, how much experience do I need?b:sad

    First off, are you clicking PURCHASE Zen or EARN Zen?I might be wrong, but I think earn Zen is where you do offers and surveys and such to earn some Zen. To do this, you need to be 18 years of age. I MIGHT be wrong though, but on other games I have tried, I have no been able to earn zen in this way because of age restrictions.

    If you are older than 18, then I am wrong. b:surrender Just what I immediatly thought when I read this. If I am wrong, sorry! Haha

    Oki I still can't earn zen. And I also find out my age was never even asked fo while snooping at my account settings. What's up with this? I've had the account for a week now and I have a level 20 character and level 16 character so it has nothign todo with the levels. Do I have to have had the account for a certain amount of time? The information posted when I click earn zen isn't very clear. "Looks like you’re not old enough to access this feature!Come back after you’ve earned enough experience!" When do i know I've had enough experience? When does anyone know they've had enough hencaexperience? The statement is not only unclear but also broad. But my question is When can I earn zen?

    i think there it is a time thing nothing to do with age
    i can do it and im only lvl22 but been signed up for over 8 weeks now so might be a 2-4 week wait :)
    dnt look at this sign up its a different account :P i cant earn zen on this one either :)
