I bought a zen on the phone but when I switched the game I got 39 silver .... what can I do??b:angryb:cry

    Try going here:https://billing.perfectworld.com/mywallet

    Transfer the Zen if you haven't.Check that it's the right game and server.

    If it's not there,check your payment option(e.g. Paypal) to see if the transaction has been blocked.

    If it's still not working,submit a ticket.

    How much zen did you actually charge? if, say, you charged 1 euro, you won't get 1 gold for it - because there are different rates that apply depending on the currency you charge with.

    I believe he want to say the following :

    He charged Zen for 1 USD via Phone (LOL is that even possible??) and got 39 Zen to transfer means he probably paid 61 Cent transaction fee to the phone company he used to charge zen. I know charing zen by phone is THE most expensive method with huge fees.
