Guild Base Glitch

Ok so our faction base had been glitched for awhile now. After a certain patch all of the different parts of our base got reset to 1, we finally level them back up and added some points to get aura III and now we cannot get to aura IV it just says I can update it to aura II. Heavenly vault cant be upgraded to III either, and when I check our tech points they didnt show to be stat'ed into the right spots, so its like we paid the money but are not getting the right level on the part of the base we upgrade, and cannot level it anymore they only show that I can "upgrade" to a lower level verison which makes no sense. Anyone got info on this?

    We may have possibly experienced the same thing. Coincidence or not after a patch, we leveled our base up and attempted to upgrade a monolith. Instead of it upgrading, it disappeared on us completely. Leader logged in to upgrade monolith and while it was in the process, I already knew that with the number of faction mats being used that it was going to end up being level one. Sure enough, it returned to us at level one regardless of us having Kirin at lvl 4 and the monolith previously being at level 5.

    You guys should open a ticket. Experience shows that stuff like that doesn't get fixed by posting in the forum. A mod/Gm will just post telling you to open a ticket. >.<
