confused about the barb presets O_O

Thought about making a barb today :'-(

and discovered a standart preset, which was never there before,

yea i didnt make it, it was just there, someone else has it too?
are we even allowed to use it?
Some Rules each PWI Gamer should know
1. Dont break this rules & no matter what: DONT TRUST ANYONE!
2. Dont pay wine or heads fee (like to get kicked after that?) b:chuckle
3. Dont borrow items (since when return gms scammed stuff?) b:embarrass
4. Dont use your password in faction-forums (like hacks?) b:fatb
5. Dont give your mats to the tt-banker (obvious, not?) b:beg
6. Dont wait for help, or heals, or any other miracles,... (for more examples just play pwi and you will hate the whole humanity) b:bye

    Uh, this preset has been around for a while now. A few months ago someone noticed it, and Frankie stated it would be removed the next patch, and that their own team messed it up. Later, the next patch removed it. However, the patch after that reset it back to this preset. I've been able to create this Barb preset legally for a while now.

    Is it bannable? Not as far as I know. Though, it's funny. Many people don't know about it, so when they see your toon around PWI w/ the head huge, they assume you have edited the game files. They promptly send a ticket, and your account will be looked into. Kinda sad. All because PWE and PW-CN can't fix/communicate anything. :)

    This particular preset isn't bannable, and it keeps rearing its ugly head every time the PWE team removes it. They're still trying to figure out where it came from this last time...

    I personally think it's the devs from China trying to send a subliminal message...

    Hmm, I checked and I got 'customization data error' as I tried to apply it.

    Ah well, it's not like I'd use it anyway. But yes, it's not supposed to be bannable using it, since it's originally the devs' fault (back then, at least)

    They probably wanted to show us they like cute things (their definition of 'cute' being debatable if it's proven true)... I'd rather have true remakes of the old classes... Not to annoy everyone with the customization thread or anything. I swear it, your Honor *lifts right hand*

    It was only valid for the tiger back then... and I guess it's the same here. Really don't try to modify .inis so it goes for the lion, panda or wolf and this to use in game... It would then be bannable.
