Sooooo, its been going on 2 weeks now since i put my ticket in, (without any response) and i came to the conclusion that i will no long be bothering purchasing zen unless i can actually get a response or this issue resolved . i put 50 dollars in my wallet and accidentally put it on the wrong server. ( yes i know this is my fault) but have been ignored by 3 gm private messages and 2 tickets asking them to plz fix it.
