Where does it go?

Okay, this is not really a "QQ" thread..More like a real question..
Well, I was reading countless post about how people who spend cash in the real to get Full R9 +12 Full JOSD rule the game, or how R8/Nirvana sins are so OP and all that ****..
Then I read about how no glitches are fixed..It's took 2-3 years for an NPC's face to get fixed..That's not that hard to do, is it?..

So when I put two and two together, I wondered where in the *$*# does all the money go that people spend on this game? Like SERIOUSLY WTF? Hosting Servers are expensive, but I'm sure you have MORE then enough. I know you how A LOT of staff members, but for what? They're not really "Fixing" anything. What do you do with our money PWI? Face-roll in it? Buy 20 cars for the hell of it? Because I'm sure a Full R9 +12 Full JOSD character is the amount of a down payment on some cars.

So, the bottom line is..where does the money go?..Seriously?..

    To company and their employees of course... + taxes and services..
    pwe prefer making new games = guaranteed income, with those cser who want to be a king
    fixing game = didn't give burst profit

    So, we're basically paying them for nothing?..Except to add more items for us to buy.

    Customer service (lol) and localisation (LOL!) is all you pay for here. I.E it all goes into frankies back pocket.

    None of our money goes to China except the rental fee or w/e you want to call what PWE pays to sell the game here.

    I do not know why the most basic thing is just blowing right over the Devs head...

    If you fix things, roll out atleast decent content and actually communicate with the community...you could draw more people into the game and hence...more money....Tell me if I am missing anything.

    I am so close to referring to a p2p game -w-
