Am I right in this assumption?

In doing dps equations shouldnt Crit rate and attack level be treated the same way?
Like
[(Max damage-min damage)/2+min damage]*aps*1.(atk level+crit rate)= dps?
In essence a 1% crit rate seems, to me anyways, like an attack level that only procs 1% of the time, but does 99% more damage than 1 attack level when it does proc.
Leave all rage damage increasing skills aside.
With 100% crit rate, you do 100% more damage, same as 100 attack levels more or less. Am I wrong about something? Or is this already calculated into the equation and treated as such, and I'm looking at the wrong equation or maybe a faulty inaccurate equation. -_-

The are treated the similarly in terms of average PVE dps but shouldnt be added, they should be multiplied.
blah * (1 + crit%) * (1 + attack lev / 100)
In PVP the enemy is likely to have defense levels which complicates things.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Why would they be multiplied though?
30% crit and 30 atk levels = 60% more damage, unless they're added seperately when the game does the equation itself. Like it calculates crit first, then alters damage based on attack levels after that damage is determined. Is this what it does?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
if you have a 100% crit you do 2x as much damage (every shot is crit).
If on top of that you have 100 attack level you double your damage again and get 4x as much damage.
If you were to add them you'd be doing 3x as much damage which is wrong.
In your example of 30% crit and 30 attack level you'd actually do 69% more damage and not 60.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Thing is Crit damage DPS is multiplied by attack level.
Though the bonus attack level would be more like :
Base damage * APS * 1.(crit chance) * 1.(Your attack level - enemy's defense level).
As defense levels directly counter attack levels. Though pretty sure there is some massive loss for defense levels when they start to get way ahead of attack. (IE 100 def level isn't invincibility.)
Also, wonder how Rage damage can be added in (for the case of Sins).0 -

Well you can add in the increased rage damage. But since for demon sins it only lasts 30 seconds with a 60 second cooldown you could multiply the increased damage from wolf emblem by .5 so it only counts half the increased damage. Which would account for the 30 seconds its in effect and the 30 seconds its on cooldown.
Level 10 wolf emblem is 30% increase in rage damage, so 230% crit damage for 30 seconds.
maybe
(base damage)*aps*1.(atk level)*1.(.15+crit%) = dps
or something. idk im not too good at math <[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
