Patcher wont update

so i opened up my patcher and it tells me theres a new update so i choose EN-Patch 1 for the patch server and it says select a server.... so instead i try EN-Patch 2 and it says the same thing. is something wrong with the patcher? i have a screenshot of it but i cant upload it to anywhere to fb ans not sure itd be much of a help from there

edit: im going through the typical solutions now and still no dice, plus the verify button is blacked out, gonna try a restart now

    after restart still having the same prob

    would really not like to have to uninstall and reinstall, cause my comp wasnt fast when it was new...
