Is it me or that they've finally changed our 100 skill?
As for as i remembered Flash used to do 150% base damage, in addition to our max hp minus our current hp.
But now it reads.......
Deals 150% base damage to a target. "Also deals an additional 150% if the caster's HP is lower than the target's HP."
