When do tickets get viewed

me and like 6 of my friends were grinding on our lvl 40 chars yesterday on a diff acc with our mains on it and randomly got banned, and we submitted tickets to ask when we will be unbanned but, i cant view the ticket and the previous time i was banned i could view the ticket.

so why cant we see the tickets this time????

Bans are not to be discussed on the forums, please send an email to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com, and they will get back with you sometime throughout the week. As for the ticket situation, I'm not sure about it.
