Does this exist? It's in pwdatabase.com and the in game encyclopedia. I was told it exist but "the NPC has not been implemented" but pwdatabase makes it look like the Elder of Streams is the NPC. The other concern is it looks like you need a Frost Trophy Mode, which I don't think ever existed even before Frost remodel.

    Lol, It would if they made TM Frost....but they removed the old frost so now, unless they change the place back we can't have it :/


    10 bucks says the Chinese version can still get it though >_>

    Yeah people have been slobbering all over this cape for quite a while now.

    I would definitely nirvana my BM's axes and make a lvl 80/90 alt just to complete a collection of medals just for this. So many more people would be doing it if PW would actually finish it, but that's the story of PW.. half-assing development.
