Problem with Divine quest

I've been able to do the Divine quests all right until now. I had gotten two quests yesterday, but I didn't finish them until today. I turned them in, and another purple shield appeared above the NPC's head and all, but when I click 'Divine Contract', nothing comes up. I try to refresh it, but it says 'You don't have a Divine Seal of the Light. You cannot refresh.'

    Oh, and was I supposed to get a Divine Seal of the Light? Because I didn't get one...And I've even tried logging out, but that didn't work either...

    I think you just needed to level up or you just did and have to wait for the reset.

    At lvl40 41 or something, it doesn't show any quests. I don't remember what level exactly

    There is a limit to the ones you get every time...
    Most of the time they will apear the next day or you're just out of new ones.
    Also it depends of what lvl you are....

    Divine Contracts are new daily quests added with the Genesis expansion. While you are in possession of a Divine Order of the correct sort for your level range, the corresponding Divine Emissary will offer you a number of Divine Contracts. These quests are of varying difficulty, most common (and easiest) being white, more rare (typically involving killing elites) being blue, and most rare (typically involving killing bosses) being purple.


    Emissary Of Light link on PWI-Wiki further states:
    The Divine Emissary of Light will give up to 2 Divine Contracts per day to characters level 20-50 who are carrying a Divine Order of the Light, which is the only permanent Divine Order, and is obtained from General Summer. These Divine Contracts are quests to kill a certain number of monsters, kill a boss or gather some materials, and as rewards you will receive experience, spirit, and for the hardest ones, a Divine Honor of the Light.
