Special gear for genies

I saw today in a catshop one item called Orb of Absolution giving your genie vit +5

The description on pwdatabase is wrong (as it gives 5 vit for a genie, not wood +43)

After searching around without success my question is, where can I find/make/get this?? Is it something from anni packs??

    You can combine them from 72 warsong emblems at a watcher of the earth or there is a small chance to get one from a pack you can get in the theater of blood farming 500 hearts (likely by killing other players).

    The best genie gear is from combining 3 warsong medals though.

    Oh so the immortal gift pack is from the theatre of blood... only 1% chance tho :S

    It was selling for 9.9 mils but I guess I'll wait and try getting some warsong medals, those mirrors and jades look pretty good also :)
