Barbarian plan, correct?

Hiya! ; )
As I'm gonna hit 50 soon, I decided to construct a plan for the future.
I need a consultation tho ; )

First of all:

The build.
I made a mistake with stats, it was like 3 STR 1 DEX 1 VIT every lvl.
So now I'm stuck with 50 DEX on 47lvl, I should have 39 DEX at 70.
But I don't think it's really worth it to restat now.
I'll just skip adding DEX till ~80lvl, so from now on it's: 3 STR 2 VIT.


THE PLAN:

0. While it's on sale - buy enough reputation badges for 35k rep.
1. Lvl till 60. BH, Tideborn quests etc.
2. Get 60lvl rank equipment
3. After reaching 60 - find a squad and zhen PQ with hypers till 70.
4. Get Calamity Axes, make them +3 (or maybe even more?), and I wonder how many socket stones are needed to make them 2 sockets ; )
5. Help ppl with killing bosses, TT & etc.
6. <need Your help>


Where/how to exp after 70? Still zhen PQ? till 80? and then FC?
How does it look in there, I mean zhen PQ - cuz I heard of it, but never done.

Anyway: What gears do You suggest after 70lvl?
or maybe some overall advices?



P.S.: Can You advise a genie build? : )

0. Don't buy rep, go for TT, if u want to go rep go r8 later at lv 100.

2.no. buy gears from AH, at 70-99 go for TT
3.by PQ u mean public quest ? dont hyper that shet.
4.+3 wont be easy not talk about +4

dont get rep gear, im telling u its not worth it. after 70 just do BH and PQ ( without hypers ) or Gamma for coins. then get TT gear. at 75 do FCC, dont buy it, youl end up as a nub.
TT gear for 70-99
gear from auction house 1-60
at 60 get the TT 60 Skeleton Axes
as for a genie build
if your a tank get Tree of Protection, Holy Path, Solid Shield ( does not stack with invoke ), then either tangling mire or alpha male, your call. alpha male can help in akward situations in FCC when someone takes aggro while your pulling the mobs at heads room.
as for affinity, check the affinities u need for those skilles i mentioned.
stat points, u can basically go for anything.
