Best Pets at LVL 50+

Is there any great pets at level 50 or higher?

Because I am having alot of trouble finding a good pet.

You should stick around with pets you already have.

There's a popular saying among Venomancers; You can buy skills but not stats.
Pets here work like in Pokemon, the higher level it is the higher level skills they have but the lower stats they have.

The Windwalking Piggy is a great tank indeed and I have used it (and still use it ocassionaly) myself but you will ned a reliable tank pet that you can take in instances such as: Glacial Walker, Crystalin Magmite, Shaodu Cub (note that the last one is a rare pet)

Only pet that you could consider after lvl 50+ is the Kowlin (lvl60) which is another rare pet. It's very squishy defence wise but it has good speed that comes useful in certain situations. It also comes with a good skill set (Flesh Ream, Bash, Howl, Pierce) and therefore it can be used as a DD/debuff pet. For one that can't really afford buying skills and such it's good because all you have to do is upgrade the current skills whenever possible. Kowlin can be also used to pulling as it is the fastest in-game pet available (though there's also the option of ranged pets such as Eldegoth Marksman, Eldergoth Sharpshooter -around lvl 44- and various Cacti that you find at low lvls 8-11)

Though the top DD pets are Dark Wanderer ( Shadow Ranger as a mob, Dark Wonderer as a pet) or the Varicose Scorpion that you get at lvl 3. However, the latter is the top DD using skills so if you want to ho cheap the Dark Wanderer is a good option. It also has decent defence which makes it a pretty good tank pet as well. The Dark Wanderer is lvl 9 and found in the tideborn area (for all pets you can visit the pwdatabase.com to find their location).

There is also the Lunar Lupin at lvl 49 which comes with Howl lvl5 (normally only pets lvl 80 can have lvl5 of a skill) but aside from that I don't know its statistics and whether it's useful in other areas.

As for flying pets, you have it covered. Unless you want a DD air pet, you're fine with the Windwalking Piggy. And for water pets, the best pet available is the Celestial Plumpfish lvl80 or if you train a lvl 5 turtle. Just tame any pet of your current level range till you find a higher one and use this method until lvl 80.
