Help me with guild icons pls

Halo good people of PWI.
Resently I've created a guild named Police and i need help getting an awesome icon for my guild.
It have to be 16x16 gif. format
And I want the icon to look like a red star with blue or just a Star type of icon
I'm exepting links too,don't know were to search for that kind of thingsb:surrender

    Well, firstly, it needs to be a 24- or 32-bit BMP, not a GIF. Secondly, your faction needs to be level 3. Thirdly, you should run an in-faction contest for the faction logo.

    If I need to explain the benefits of sourcing things like that from within, you might want to consider having very good officers... b:surrender
